These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Foodprov website at foodprov.life and our grocery ordering and delivery services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it to transmit harmful or unlawful content. We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
3. Orders and contract formation
By submitting an order you make an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email or in the order interface. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where products are unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable value-added tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown before you confirm your order. We may update prices from time to time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken using the methods offered at checkout via our secure payment providers.
5. Fresh products and substitutions
Because we sell fresh, seasonal produce, the exact appearance, weight and ripeness of items may vary. Where a chosen item is unavailable, we may offer a comparable substitute of equal or greater value, which you are free to refuse on delivery for a refund of that item.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the areas and time windows described on our delivery page. We make every effort to deliver within your chosen slot, but delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable goods.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may amend or cancel an order before it has been packed for delivery. Due to their perishable nature, fresh food items are generally exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal once delivered. However, if any product arrives damaged, spoiled or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund under our freshness guarantee.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and layout — is owned by or licensed to Foodprov and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
We provide the website and services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Leipzig shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
